With a background in the construction industry as a skilled tradesperson, Lance has developed a strong understanding of construction methodology, site management, and project delivery. This hands-on experience enables him to oversee developments from both strategic and construction perspectives.
Lance specialises in development strategy, land acquisition, and project planning, guiding projects through the full development cycle from site acquisition to construction and final sale. Through a strong network of agents, consultants, and industry partners, he positions projects to achieve optimal market outcomes.
